They initially installed our garage door on a new build in 2016. Did a great job! 10 years later a spring snapped on a Sunday evening (because isn't that when most home emergencies happen) and they were here bright and early Monday and had both springs replaced in less than an hour to get our family out on time to start our day. Fast, professional and friendly.
Just built a new pole barn/garage. Our contractor hired Fremont Overhead Door to install the new garage doors and openers. They installed one garage door with two damaged panels and also installed a four year old used opener. They came back out to fix the panels, but told our contractor that the opener was a leftover stock new model. It is scratched up, discolored, and the light fixture had grease, dirt, and bugs all over the inside. They would not admit they installed used equipment.
