Great location but the landlord takes forever to accommodate her tenants with proper maintenance repairs. Friends of mine live there and they've had several issues with repairs. There A/C is constantly breaking down and so does their water heater. Took the landlord close to a month to repair their A/C. Then when their water started leaking it took the landlord nearly 2 weeks to replace it. All they did was give them a key to a vacant unit to shower. These repairs should have been taken care of within 24 hours. Not good.
This is an ok place, however, while I lived there I had asked several times to have my closet door replaced which was missing at the time we moved in, and the stove we had worked for cooking but the oven never did. Took 2 months before we got one that worked, and as we were moving out 6 months later the closet for still had not been replaced.
