BAD COMMUNICATION skills in the service department. They need to get it together!
So today 10-8-25 I left casper for cody to drop off a trailer and sxs. When I got to Cody I noticed a substantial coolant leak on my ram 3500. I went to fremont with my hopes not very high for a timely repair. This was 2pm and I had to back in casper. I pulled into the dealership told them I was pretty certain I had a bad water pump. They got my truck in and confirmed the water pump was bad. They had a new pump installed and I was in the road by 5pm. Treated terribly. Truck in service for 4 weeks. No comparable loaner offered. Still not fixed.
