Wonderful Doc My two children and I have been seeing Dr. Zelada for many years. He is warm, thorough, and explains eye health in a use-friendly manner.
Lexpdx is wrong! – I was searching for my optometrist's number and came across lexpdx's review. I was quite surprised as Dr. Z and his staff have been nothing but courteous, friendly and professional in my dealings with them. When someone posts such a negative review, I always want to know what the other side of the story is so I clicked the comments tab and saw that Dr. Z had in fact responded to lexpdx's comments. Fremont Family Vision is THE WORST!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. UNPROFESSIONAL. BAD ATTITUDE! Absolutely the worst eyecare provider I have ever used. Avoid at all costs! This company messed up my records, provided incomplete information on my prescription, told another business that they had no record of my prescription and tried to get me to schedule another appointment at MY expense to correct the problem. in my opinion, Dr. Zelada was unprofessional and uncaring about the problems with their service. Rating = 0!
EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE – Fremont Family Vision and Dr. Zelada in particular are severely lacking in customer service. The office listed my name incorrectly in its records which led to problems with third-party providers. Prescription did not contain complete information which caused major problems and Dr. Zelada refused to accomodate a reasonable request to issue a replacement prescription. My office did make a mistake in our computer system with confusing the middle and last name. I apologized directly to the patient and we corrected this immediately. We respectfully asked that the out of date prescription be validated by a brief exam. Dr. Z
Love! – Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Zelada has been taking care of my eyes for almost ten years and is wonderful. James is one of the most honest and helpful people you could ever wish for. He'll set you up with great frames. He makes the process painless, quick, and kind of fun. These folks are quality all around. They also have the cutest bike-rack in town!
my partner Chris has been going there She will not change and believes they have taken care of her eyes and eye problems with skill, caring, and promptness. If i didn't already go to Eyes On Broadway, I would follow her to Fremont Family Vision
