Dr Chan is the best of the best. He is thorough, takes his time explaining everything and clearly cares deeply for both you as a patient and for his profession. I could not recommend Dr Chan enough. I’ve had bad experiences in the past but since finding this practice, I will never go elsewhere.
Good location with plenty of parking options and a handicapped reserved space right at the entrance for those needing this accommodation. Staff are friendly, professional and efficient in their customer service. Everything runs very smoothly. The optometrist Dr. Chan is very competent, brisk, provides necessary detail as to what he is doing as he performs the eye exam and inspires confidence. I've had several eye exams at Fremont Eye Centre and they always do a great job. Appointments are on time. Front desk team are organized. The doctor is thorough and knowledgeable. I recently brought my son here as well and the doctor was so patient and kind. I haven't bought frames here but they seem to have a great selection.
