I have been going here for 10 years, every time has been an awesome experience. Dr. Chan is always so professional and staying on top of his craft. Fremont is always staying on top of upgrading their equipment as technology advances to better serve you and your eye health needs.
Dr Chan is very knowledgeable and does not rush to explain any concerns that I might have. I also appreciate his honesty and patience. I am confident that my vision care is in good hands. Friendly staff as well. Latest visit: great service as always. I feel well cared for regarding my eye health.
Dr Chan and his staff are wonderful. Dr Chan himself is the most amazing optometrist I have ever encountered. Very knowledgeable and engaging with his patients. Explains what he is doing and why, and explains the results so that you are very much aware of the status of your eye health. The staff are super helpful with helping out after your eye check. Assisting with choosing glasses from their selection if you so choose. When doing the dye tests, making sure you are ok to leave and ensure you do so safely. Top notch service.... read more
