Please be careful when you apply for a loan or make a refinance on your house. 4 months ago they have committed to close my refinance within 30-45 days, but it’s been 136 days already and they don’t want to return my $395.00 processing fee. Make sure to get everything in writing when you speak to your lender. I have already contacted bureau of finance and they told me to file a claim to complaint against them.
