We learned of Fremin Construction through word of mouth referral and were favorably impressed with every aspect of their work. We had two buildings built in a particular style with a metal roof and exposed wooden rafters. Unfortunately, due to poor original roof construction, we experienced rot in the rafter tails. I contacted Fremin Construction when my company was considering a major Charlotte commercial construction project. We were looking at doing some major renovations to our corporate headquarters office building. This was not a project for the feint of heart. I am located in Marvin (Waxhaw area). I contacted Fremin about an issue I was having with my gutters. Earl (the owner) picked up right away and was out the next day to take a look. While on the roof, he pointed out some other key issues for me. He gave me a very fair quote to fix my gutter issues and cracked vent caps, and threw in the repair of wood that had been impacted by the gutter problems as well. I contacted Earl Fremin on the recommendation of a friend/co-worker. I moved from Charlotte area for a new job and have a townhouse that I have been using as a rental property for approximately 2 years. The tenant who vacated the property, left the property dirty with a broken toilet and holes in the walls to name a few. Earl was able to handle everything! His quality of work was outstanding and I was able to put the property up for rent in a matter of two weeks. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to others!

I contacted Fremin Construction when I was looking for a Charlotte commercial construction company. We were looking at a major office building renovation at our headquarters location and we were certainly concerned about selecting the correct Charlotte contractor. Earl Fremin - the owner of the company did a fantastic job completing our project on time and under budget while managing a wide variety of work in multiple areas. We will be sure to use Fremin Construction in the future as our Charlotte contractor of choice.
