I waited a month for my appointment, only to have it canceled because my stylist gave a two-week notice and was let go immediately. Instead of honoring their remaining appointments, I was unceremoniously told she was no longer there less than a day before my appointment and I could see a random replacement stylist instead. Isa is a god-send! I chopped all my hair off into a bob and have had a bad experience before, so I was nervous to cut it again. Isa made me look better than I ever have before! I trust her and her scissors with my life!! I have super thick, wavy hair, and short hair can be tricky for that hair type. Idk how she does it but I’m so in love with my hair now thanks to her and this salon
I haven’t had a decent haircut in years. Isa is amazing and truly listens to what you want to do with your hair. I highly recommend her. Never going to anyone else again!

The appointment was scheduled for 60 minutes, but the facial was completed in less than an hour, which made me feel that I did not receive the full service I paid for. Freija Collective is one of the most beautiful salons I’ve ever been in. Their service is top tier and I always leave feeling gorg, refreshed and all around happy. I go to Isa for my haircuts and let me tell you, she has transformed my hair and look to the point where I feel like a cooler version of myself with more confidence.
