Took a truck here because it did not have power, two and a half weeks later and 11,000 truck finally got fixed. seems like the technicians were just throwing parts at it not a very happy customer would not recommend taking the truck here. The technicians said they did a few things and not charged for them. It ended up being injectors on my specific truck they added a bunch of other parts that were not needed
Zach and Elizabeth in service di an amazing job. Trucker lounge is great...but they need a beverage machine.
I brought my truck in for a internal leak. The techs did a great job of combing over the truck, finding everything that they could possibly upsale and repair. That seemed above and beyond because thats how old school shops work, unfortunately 18k was above my budget. 2 things went wrong... 1: they said my reservoir bottle, coolant level sensor, and sensor harness needed replacing. I visited the Western Star/Freightliner dealership in Hagerstown, MD several times with different trucks for parts, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. There are two things other drivers should be aware of: 1. The customer service at the parts counter was not welcoming. Even a simple greeting seemed to bother some employees. 2.
