The service department was cussing in front of the customers. Their rates are ridiculously high. It is hard to get them to answer any questions. And honestly they were flat rude.
take credit when they do wrong. bent push rods due to anti freeze in cylinder, but would not confess to it after they changed egr cooler and egr valve. spent 11k and had to tow unit out due to it hydra locking
I went in to have my 2019 Cascadia speed adjusted to 68 on the pedal 70 on cruise and I have a receipt for those specifications. I got the truck on a highway and the peddle 68 mph and only 69 mph on cruise I spoke to the service manager Steve and we went back and forth, he said the computer puts the truck at 69.9 mph so actually going 70 , by my visual my digital odometer reads 69 my analog speedometer reads 69 and my GPS is flickering 68-69 long story short Steve eventually called me an idiot for not understanding him
RecommendedThis is the fourth Freightliner repair shop we’ve been to for the same issue. For the first time, we have found a repair shop that will take the time to listen to our concerns and use that information to diagnose the problem. We are now back on the road and very pleased with our entire experience. I wish all repair shops were run this professionally.
It's the worst place where you can take your truck, the transmission bar did not have it, they sent it to the machincho and I spent 10 days sleeping in the parking lot and nothing
I needed a slack adjuster replaced and I didn’t feel like doing it myself. I called and they said to bring it up right away. 4 hours later it still isn’t done. WTF? I could have done it Myself in an hour. I think the mechanics have no idea what they are doing
Service department kept tell me my truck would be fixed tomorrow and that was a week ago and they still haven't even figured out what is wrong with it. If you have any other places to take your truck to be fixed please do so.
Service department guys are great but they need to get their stock up for series 60 motors had to wait on part took two days to get truck out of the shop Hopefully in time they will have a better handle on their parts department Other than that everything was great
Freightliner of New Stanton was excellent. Took a MAJOR issue and had me in and out of the shop in a day! Almost unheard of in my line of work. THANK YOU!
