Had my parts which were critical on the counter ready to go the minute I got there and the counter person became available to get them for me.
They are very professional and nice people.
Excellent customer service, and excellent service department!! Josh and Brandon went above and beyond to get a couple of our trucks in on a last minute notice to get a few things taken care of, where most dealers would not. I’d give these guys 100 stars if it was possible!
Hands down the best heavy duty shop around. Couldn’t be happier with these guys - most recent experience I was down a tire on the side of the road brought it to them and they dropped what they were doing to get it done for me. Cannot express how thankful I am that they respected my situation and got me back on the road. Thank you I owe you guys.
