Took my truck in and it was short notice was told it’s a minimum 1hr shop time I agreed and all it was an unlock speed and performance mode. I checked in at 10:55am and was gone and rolling at 11:39am less than an 1hr but as I was cashing out thinking it was going to be 1hr of work once told the bill for an 1.5hrs cost me 360 just to hook up a computer and punch in a few clicks 10-15’s of work and I’m not the only one that they have done this to as well. Absolutely the worst service experience i have had in my 57 years on this earth. I took my 2022 Cascadia in because of engine codes and derating due to def fluid issues. Strike 1... They look it over and send me an email (not a phone call) stating that the def system has been contaminated with diesel fuel and they have to replace the entire system. At a cost of over $8200. I find it hard to believe that if this was done prior to my owning the truck (about 6 months) that it would just show up now... Fyi... I know for a fact t... read more
