Truck Center Companies in Altoona Iowa is my number 1 go to place for sales and service! The entire service staff are awsome people and very easy to get along with. Been going there for nearly 20 years and have never had a problem. The staff and Techs work with myself and my company to get me back on the road as fast as humanly possible! Truck Center is the one stop shop.
We had a couple of trucks in for maintenance. When they told us they were ready they sent me to pick them up. I gave them my truck number and company name and they handed me the keys. Issues appeared to be fixed. Thanks guys!
Came in yesterday to check my truck in for an issue with the brakes, not releasing when I’m driving down the road Bajro sehic It was nice and friendly and helped me out in service his boss Laura Was very nice to me too the guy named dameian Schwarte was very helpful yesterday With questions, Amy brandhorst me with some questions too, Mr. Larry trying to Diagnosed my problem I don’t think he figured it out here is the update they found the problem and fix it thank you Larry the technician at Freightliner
The Truck Center and Altoona Iowa has serviced my RVs for over a decade and I have always been extremely satisfied with their service. They keep me informed of progress and problems encountered and have always worked with me to resolve issues in a timely and cost-effective manner. The service department, including the service manager, Mark Zimmerman have been exceptional. I will continue to have all of my RV work done at the Truck Center in Altoona.
You would think if somebody that was fixing your truck actually broke your truck and you had to be down and lose money that they might offer to reimburse you somehow or make it right. Not this place. Response I got was something to the effect of “we broke other people shit and they were down a lot longer, and we didn’t do anything for them”. I am a small company that downtime affects. I had really thought this place was better than that. Sad to see.
