The Truck Center and Altoona Iowa has serviced my RVs for over a decade and I have always been extremely satisfied with their service. They keep me informed of progress and problems encountered and have always worked with me to resolve issues in a timely and cost-effective manner. The service department, including the service manager, Mark Zimmerman have been exceptional. I will continue to have all of my RV work done at the Truck Center in Altoona.
You would think if somebody that was fixing your truck actually broke your truck and you had to be down and lose money that they might offer to reimburse you somehow or make it right. Not this place. Response I got was something to the effect of “we broke other people shit and they were down a lot longer, and we didn’t do anything for them”. I am a small company that downtime affects. I had really thought this place was better than that. Sad to see.
We used Truck Center for repairs of our school bus and they did a great job.
