Freightliner Round Rock what can I say...SERVICE SUCKS!!! I have been working for the same local company in Austin Texas for 22 years,we deal with Freightliner for our parts, I went to Freightliner on Saturday August 9th,MAN the sales reps at counter are lazy ive been in line for 20 minutes 1 guy at counter 1 lazy girl behind counter on cell phone...I remember a few years back when Mike was working counter he would always greet you and acknowledge your presence,the current reps don't even say hello...
Parts counter great. Need more warehouse space.
