Best service I got , they answered the phone right away at 5:00 in the morning and fixed up my air bag and all my leaks. I recommend this to all the drivers. Pat Duncan.
They overcharge on everything. Using your bad situation for their excessive benefit. Not reliable, not responsive, slow and low quality. Purposely ignoring your calls, purposely delaying and dragging time to charge you more
Unfortunately, our experience with RS was disappointing. We reached out to them for assistance with a damaged drive shaft joint on the truck. While they did eventually fix the issue, the process was far from smooth. The service was extremely slow, taking up the entire day to complete what should have been a relatively straightforward repair.
This company service, you guys shouldn’t trust them Saturday June 8th 2024 I got stranded on the road and called them at 12:45 PM they came at 2:00 PM the part I ordered they brought the wrong one, then they went to get the right part, after that they came a day after 7:00 am with a different old part and they tried to scam me with $1,000 dollars and I was stuck on the highway for one day please do not trust them they are scammers they took my money without doing anything and didn’t return it and also they got my money befor... read more
