Terrible. Who is designing this garbage? Waist of money.
Had my truck for three days not counting the Sunday they’re closed. Did not fix the problem. Lounge upstairs with a washer and dryer but washer is out of order. The water cooler in the cafeteria isn’t hooked up to a water line so no hot or cold water.
Bunch of unprofessional lazy people
Quick and professional, comfortable lounge, had me out of there a lot sooner than I expected !!
My truck blows its heater core just as I was passing Truck Country on the interstate. Not like I had a lot of options. They took in my older high mileage Cascadia, finished the repair a day early, and it has been running well since. A good and competent service department
