Had a check engine light pop on.Pulled up they checked me in and knocked out the problem in a timely manner .I appreciate the top tier service thanks again.
Treated me like family and got me back on the road fast. Second shift guy in charge is Jason and another tech guy(don't know his name but older guy) on second shift are top notch and I'll buy them a steak dinner anytime they want.
Only dealer that has said to me, "There's no waiting list. You have to come park and wait, if you have to wait til morning, there's still no list so you'll have to check in again when we open. We are open til midnight but all diagnostic technicians have left for the day already (it was 425pm)." Um, sir. People here i have no complaints. But was stuck here with a 2024 Western Star (nothing but a cheap p.o.s. Cascadia with a WS logo), for 2 days waiting on a 5th wheel slide cylinder.....UNFREAKING BELIEVABLE!!! Western Star biggest mistake was to sell-off to Freightliner. Turned a really nice tractor into a cheap piece of junk. Sad, very sad....
Terrible. Who is designing this garbage? Waist of money.
