I was always afraid of going to dealers because the wait time and labor were too expensive. But at this placeI paid only half the usual labor cost to disable Idle Shutdown. Other dealers gave me double the price, overall I am very thankful for these ppl
I went to the TA down the street for something simple and they messed up my whole electrical system. I limped down to Great Lakes Freightliner and they jumped right on me. They had me fixed up really quickly at a fair price. Everyone was so friendly. Mechanics were awesome and the service manager was THE MAN, very personable, I’ll be coming back here for all of my mechanical needs and I HIGHLY recommend anyone who needs service stop in here.
