Bought a 2023 Freightliner dumptruck in the Raleigh NC in April so only 5 months old.(Velocity Center) truck has a full load of asphalt on it. Truck shut down wiring harness burnt has had my truck for 2 weeks. They have ordered the wrong part and now tell me the parts are on back order for 6-8 weeks. I am a small trucking company that timeframe will put me out of business. Something has to be done.
Your bus windows are made poorly
I bought a air bag from the clearbrook,va location as soon as I put air in it it exploded the employee named Dennis was very rude as soon as I walked in the door he said I'm not returning it .I run roadservice company and work on a lot of these trucks. if this is how your employees going to act. I will not come back no more.and I will tell every one to buy a Volvo because they don't break down
