Had a misplaced shipment from Amazon prime and Amazon didn’t want to refund me on the grounds that this company was to blame for because they did the fulfillment and shipping…I contacted them via social media and they were super fast to reply and helpful! Thank you for your help and good luck with all the Amazon shenanigans. I am a small business owner and I’m tired of big corporations bullying us too!
Never seen a company like this bad structured with rude people. Do not deal with these people because they will just waste your time. Responding to their emails in 5 minutes just to get a quick response for my quote but they send 1 email per day and THERE IS NO ONE ELSE to contact. STAY AWAY!!!
Worst company ever! First they never picked up my product so I had to pay a courier to take it to them, then they delivered my product to the wrong address in Australia (I'm in Los Angeles), and last but I'm sure nt least they will not return any phone calls or emails. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I have emails and text to prove my story! Response to reply: None of these things you mention explain why the items were never picked up at my location even though I paid you for "door to door" service, and why I never got a return call... read more
