Under no circumstances, trust this company with your shipment. Freight Connection agreed to ship a very important piece of material to my job site which had a project deadline. Numerous calls to this company over the last week have gone completely unanswered. Finally today I was forced to repeatedly call over and over and over again until someone would finally pick up the phone. Absolutely nothing negative to say about this great company, been scheduling local and out of state freight TL’s and LTL’s with Krystal for over 10 years now and she has always stayed on top of shipments and kept her promises, definitely the company to reach out to when you need a good rate and reliable service. We recently had to ship some heavy duty Medical Equipment from California to New Hampshire and Freight Connection was recommended to us.
