Not a good place to work @ as a security guard. Property manager wants the guards to do a job a certain way but dont give you the nessesary tools to do the job. Promises a new guard shack which is on the property but wont replace it with the old one. Poor lighting on the property which makes it tough for guards to see ID when checking drivers licenses for check inns. Does not replace flashlight batteries in a timely matter
