I got charged $500 plus to start a policy when the agent told me it was $254 +20 and then a week later they took out from my bank another amount of $250 without my permission. I started a claim and the Supervisor called me saying I can refund $50 take it or leave it . Didn’t even let me explain what I had to say and once I told him no I don’t want $50 I want a refund for the amount that was taken without my consent .
