I had wanted to renew my policy and was completely amazed at how assistance tendered. The transaction was efficiently done with no hiccups.
Last time I gave 5 stars. I'm changing it. I'm giving 1 star. I had comprehensive insurance with SR22. I went to renew my insurance. I was told that SR22 was not needed. Within 2 weeks, the DMV sent me paperwork. License suspension and a fine. I went back to the insurance company and added SR22. They didn't give me the paperwork because their printer was broken.
