Extremely rude customer service!!!
I called Freeway Insurance today to add additional coverage to my auto policy and I was told by the customer service person and licensed agent to call back because she did not feel like it. She then hung up on me and sent me straight to.When I called back and spoke to a separate licensed Auto Insurance agent at Freeway about two minutes later, a different agent asked me if I liked surveys, and I told him no.
