I purchased a motorcycle insurance policy here and paid $280 (cash + card). The policy was arranged by a representative named Ada, who told me I would receive a refund after canceling the policy. I canceled it after one month because I left the U.S., but they only refunded $3 and then stopped responding to my emails. I’ve been trying to reach them for a week with no answer. Very disappointing experience — I feel scammed and I’m now filing a complaint with the California Department of Insurance.
