We hired Freevolt to install a 36 panel solar system in 2017. The proposal generated by Jeremy Roos stated we would generate 17kwh a year. The system has never generated more than 12kwh a year. After the first year I contacted them to complain. They stated they would refund me the difference for the lost power generation. That never happened.
