My wife and I are more than pleased that we found Freestate Signings... Our realtor told us that the title company for our home closing would be emailing documents after-hours later in the week. These documents would have to be notarized and returned via overnight mail the same day. Maria agreed to be on standby and work beyond her normal hours.
