Wonderful customer service, everyone is hospitable and accommodating. Freestar Financial helped finance my first auto loan with some of the quickest service I've ever received!!
The staff at FreeStar Financial are great and promote a family atmosphere every time I step foot in the door, which I don’t feel at other banks or credit unions. To top it off, as of late I have been taking advantage of their promotions that include a low interest short term loan I was able to use for home improvements and low interest auto loan for my daughter who was a first time buyer. Keep up the good work!
These guys are clueless when it comes to opening guardianship and federal fiduciary accounts. It took almost 3 hrs. To top it off I wasn't given temporary checks to pay bills and they put the WRONG account number on the direct deposit form. I called to let them know and asked for temporary checks and they sent the temporary ones out to be printed. By the time I got them the regular checks arrived. I would like to thank FreeStar Financial Credit Union for the opportunity to apply for the scholarships that they offered and for selecting me as one of the recipients. I am honored that they felt I was a worthy candidate from all of the applications they received. My parents have been members for 30+ years and I have been since I was a young child and we all have always been extremely pleased with them for all our banking needs. I highly recommend them for any financial services you may have!!!
Joined when it was a small branch on Selfridge in 1985. Was with them until retirement this past year. Had to leave due to distance. We were so happy with them- hated to leave. Excited that new branches will be available soon. Will definitely be returning customers!
