Was already a customer and went to open a business account with the basic required documents. LLC and Tax ID. Michigan has new forms but no one told their ill informed rep Jessica. She seemed more happy to deny me than help. Well, I opened my accounts at two other banks and my business is thriving. Freestar train your people. This woman shouldn't be dealing with the public.

The worst banking I have ever had to experience. I only have An acct because I have a car loan through them thanks to buff whelan. So I figured I would just move all my banking over. Big mistake. As soon as I can I am closing my checking and going back to chase and just leaving the savings to pay the car off. I’ve had constant issues with the app keeping up with my transactions which makes me go into overdraft a lot when I have to keep a mental track of what I have just so I know the bank won’t fuck me over in the next day o... read more
Its always a great place to stop in. So many friendly faces willing to help at all branches. Thanks for everything!!! I have been with this credit union through many changes and I am so thankful to still be a member.
It took some time to fix my loan account but it was finally fixed. Not every branch is the same and I hope they train their employees to the highest standard in which I just received. They do care about veterans and have great products for those who served. Thank you
