I can’t in good conscience give them a decent review. They’re set to make several hundred millions in fees from the Zantac settlement but still choose to tack non-existent medical fees onto woefully short settlements in order to  enrich themselves. It is reprehensible that plaintiffs already suffer then they are eventually offered 19% of the settlement, some 40% being added as “liens” when there are no such liens. If you’re happy with pennies on the dollar, go for it, but after waiting 6 years, I refuse to be insulted.

Very good law firm. Cheri Thompson is great! She is always very helpful and very informative concerning updates on my case. If I can’t get her right away she always returns my phone call.
