RecommendedThis is the seconed time I have lived here. I moved back because the office staff Karen and Amber are so atentive to what is needed. Michele the matness is always on top of anything that is need of repair.
I love these apartments Everytime I go to Amber, Karen,and or Michelle they help me with all my needs I live them soon much and I wanna thank them I've never had this much comfort in my life thank you guys I would trade them for any other leasing lady's or maintenance in the world
We have lived here for 12 yrs. and I must say I love my community. Our manager is wonderful as well as the staff. If your looking for a place to live come look at our community! If you don't like to abide by rules than this is not the place for you. "Freeport Oaks is Home where the heart is!"
Recommend After living here for nearly 2 years, I never had any major issues. Management was very professional and courteous of their residents. This community is family (kid) friendly. Although there wasn't any amenities for pets, the community was pet friendly as well. The leasing associate and the property manager were always involved with the residents and the children by hosting monthly events. Sometimes even bi-weekly events. I have been doing thorough searching for the right place to live. My moto; look before you leap. Upon reading Mr. Skinnys review I was somewhat surprised. Of course this review was written in 2009. I was told these apartments were only @ 5 years old??? So, how could they be so "dirty" if they were only @ 3 years old??? Certainly, there is little control over who our neighbors are,although it did seem the neighbors were a little messy with toys and broken stuff laying around the porches and doorways, I guess because of the am... read more
i have tried for WEEKS to get ahold of them. next to impossible to do so. i cant tell you how many times i have called and drove by, during normal business hours, and they are always closed and the phone is always sent to a recording that they are on property doing something else.
Dirty, filthy tennants staff could not care less. Your loss their gain.
