Yesterday my garage door came off it’s track after being installed by this company just 3 years ago. When I called to explain the problem I was asked was I playing with the garage so because that doesn’t happen. Even though one glass window smashed which they then told me I would need to take to a glassier... they said they would come out to look at the garage for $99. When transferred to a manager she was condescending and rude and referred to me as ... Hey Lady. They are NOT the professional company they advertised to be.

I dont know what family members wrote the good reviews for this company but I made an appointment for them to come price my simple job TWO times and both times they NEVER CALLED and they NEVER SHOWED! I called Precision Garage door, they came immediately gave me a reasonable price quote and they did the job immediately, I dont have to beg a company to do my job and take my money, Precision Garage was thrilled to get my business and take my money, I went elsewhere and you should too! There work is very questionable I got my door done less than a year and now I need a new door

Had a problem and they came found the issue and fixed the issue efficiently and arrived on time. Definitely would recommend!
