I have experienced multiple thefts by other residents while living here. The elderly population here feel they can act cart blanche. Each time I express a rule violation or crime that impacts me, I feel I receive excuses and no support from board or management.
Living here is a disappointment. The board and rule enforcement is highly political (this is the advice of residents that have lived here 10+ years that it may change with each board president). The condo manager may even laugh in your face and hang up on you if you are not one of the owners she cares about currently.
