Travelled from out of state and was on a limited schedule before having to drive to another location for work. The SUV we were interested in was in great shape and made it easy to decide to purchase. Staff was very efficient in test driving, deal and paperwork.

This dealership offers plenty of decent luxury German, British, and American cars. I bought a vehicle from this dealer and the experience was less than stellar. It took multiple requests to get the sales receipt after I took the car. But this was minor. What irked me the most was after we settled on the negotiated price, on the sales receipt they included so many add on--Taxes, fees, and more fees. Had a great experience buying our car. Tom was friendly and helpful and the showroom is beautiful!
Worst car and buying experience. A month into owning it, it had numerous warnings. Car had HORRIBLY done body work that was never disclosed and has voided the warranty on the car, which was the selling point. Freeman agreed to fix first time, issue came back few months later and BMW isn’t even sure if it was even fixed originally. Now no response and my salesperson has been fired. The solution, trade it back to them for a huge loss. Thanks :-)
