Nice and very friendly place. All of the staff members and Dentist great with kids. Highly recommended for kids
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the customer service I recently received. When I called for information, I encountered an unprofessional attitude that is concerning for a potential customer. Customer interaction is a vital part of your business, and the lack of empathy shown makes me hesitant to move forward with expensive treatments at your facility. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the experience for future clients.
Dr. Freeman was meticulous and friendly. After my base set of liners, he made sure my teeth were perfect with multiple adjustment sets. The entire staff was also great, and they made sure I had a good experience. 10/10 would recommend.
They are very patient and are able to explain what they’re doing with detail and for what reason :)
