Had to go in because I cut my finger today, when I got there their was a wait time of 5 minutes. Got me back and everyone was so nice, and went out if their way to be helpful. Had to get a tetanus shot and a couple of stitches. They couldn't really get it to knumb, and Dr. Edward's knew it was going to smart. He was fantastic!! Started talking to me about stuff we had in common wich happen to be gardening and tried his best to relax me and keep my mind off of getting the stitches. I am never excited to go sit and wait. I am thankful for the nice staff. Dr. Hartsfield was amazing. She listened to what I had to say. She was very kind and sweet. She is one of Freeman's Best in my eyes!!

I had poison ivy, needed a prednisone shot...I waited an hour and a half to be seen while the nurses and staff joked outside the door...seriously?!?! If you got time to joke, get off your butt and do something!!! Why so many nurses and only one doctor?!?! Ridiculous!!! Horrible service!!!

Absolutely the worst urgent care experience I have ever had. Rude staff, incredibly long wait and hateful receptionist.
