I was visiting family and I live in Arkansas so I had no choice but to go to this facility...welllll I can't believe they're still operating at all! The lady who checked me in was short tempered, rude and talked to me like I was an idiot. Then a nice nurse from triage came out and got me (blonde, older with glasses, very pretty) she was very nice and thorough. We searched on THEIR website to find a doctor that was listed with our insurance provider. This way we would have NO Co-Pay. We found a doctor listed on THEIR website as accepting our insurance. However after our first visits we received a bill for over $200.00. We contacted our insurance and they explained the doctor have NEVER completed the necessary steps to accept their insurance. I called Freeman and explained I felt that was VERY misleading and unfair as I was trusting the information on THEIR web site to be accurate. ... read more
