My husband talked to the Freeman financial department and was told that we could make a minimum of $50 a month payments on our bill. I paid $50 and than got a letter from a collection agency because I didn't pay the full amount on the billl. We were never told we would get turned over to a collection agency if we made payments! I'm very disappointed in Freeman Hospital. Shame on you for lying to us!
