The doctor was arrogant, condescending, lacked compassion, and purposely caused unnecessary pain.

I will never go to these people again My husband just looked into a second opinion and they closed his case and refused to send records to anyone If you need back surgery go to laser spinal institute. Half the healing time faster back to work I am sorry if this offend anyone . When they make you feel money is more important than patients. I took my husband to a place that cares about him . Rude, wait time, uncaring, all for the mighty dollar. If you want to go to Mercy you can talk to them & they will take what Freeman would charge. I wouldn’t take my pet Lola to Freeman & yes, I worked there.
