False advertisement would not honor the **** advertised on their website for a crv. Salesman was rude would not even call me back.
I have been to freeman Honda 2 times and each time some one in service department have sent me text messages telling me what number to put on my survey and when I said I was feeling like I was being harassed and thats when the messages stop and when tried each time to email tthe manager letting him know about theses text messages they would cut the massage part off I contact the manager and left a message for him to return my call I never received a call from him I would never go there or refer anybody there
I bought my care in May 2023 and asked to have illuminated steps installed, which Im sure I was over charged for. After calling and going into the dealership a couple of times I was given a service rep who was supposed to call when the parts came in. Only to later find out that he no longer works there. After getting my oil changed, I asked again and was told someone would call me back and they never called. After spending $3000+ and being told that my car was ready, 5 min after leaving the service department the check engine light is back on. Took the car back to the service department the same day, car was kept for 2 weeks. Paid another $1500+, drove the car from the service department once again, made it home, Oil leak and Check engine light back on again!!! Then I'm told, "If you don't get it fixed you will not pass inspeaction..." I've worked with *************** and ***********. I feel like I've been scammed. No... read more

After $3,000+ in repairs & a month in the shop, my check engine light is back on yet again, even after trying to solve the matter through the manager (Scott) who was really nice, but I don't need "nice" I need my car fixed. Clearly all they're doing is turning the light off but not actually doing anything. I have been back 3 times after my check engine light keeps coming on and they claim it was a simple fix. Going elsewhere to hopefully finally fix the underlying issue.
