We’ve waited over a week for gas which is our main source of heat and how we cook. We have a newborn and cannot regulate the temperature. We had a work order put in almost a week ago and it got canceled and the worker forgot to put a new one in. They did not make it right and come out and give us gas before the weekend so we are now stuck without gas for atleast three more days.
Do not make the same mistake we made by going with this company. Trust us

Our 500 gal tank was showing 32%. After being on ‘hold’ for better than 30 mins.. I was told I was budgeted / scheduled in 2 weeks. Really? What about our extremes in temp changes and the chance of running out . Not a happy camper. I called on Weds in hopes they could help before the storm arrived. Fell on deaf ears…
