Sometime through the night, on March 11, 2025. We ran out of propane gas, The supplies are heater stove and hot water heater. Temperatures were just about freezing. I called at 830 when the Blairsville office opened and tried to get propane delivered that day. Someone in the office by the name of Jessica was supposed to keep us updated throughout the day on whether or not we would receive gas. That did not take place. I made several calls to no avail. Im with the other reviews. Been a customer for 20 years they didnt fill my gas or tell me it was empty cuz of a partial payment from last july. Arrived with no gas ne heat etc. thankfully no busted pipes as of yet. Told me someone was comming saterday when i arrived i paid the late fee. Stood outside till 7 pm till reluzed there not comming. They treat me FANTASTIC, little things here and there that keeps me with them.
I had called Freeman for help with my fireplace before our first snow this month because I couldn’t work it properly. I was concerned to keep trying myself. They sent Clifford out, who was so kind and patient. He took the fake logs off and gave me the full understanding of how things worked, being a visual learner this was perfect. He told me I should leave the pilot light on throughout the winter, therefore only needing to turn the flame up or down as needed. I have been a customer since 2008 and am not a big propane user. The cold weather has made me use heat more often. I called when tank was at 30% knowing the colder weather was on the way and after 7 calls & 16 days no gas delivery. I realize everyone needs service but this is a bit much and I'm below 10% now. I will look into another provider.
