We are here only in Summer. During the few freezing weeks they let us run out of propane causing frozen pipes and a massive repair. When I asked how re an out since we are on autopay I was told they got behind and that they were too busy to get to their autopay customers. I am switching to a company that cares about their ongoing customers.

So freeman just told my grandma they are going to charge her 200 bucks to pump unused gas out of her tank and 200 bucks to pick up the tank because she wants to switch companies .. The reason she wants to switch is because they are charging 3 something a gallon right now .. She had prepaid in the past for one price but they charge her full price when they bring it out .. This is some BS

Left me hanging twice with an empty gas tank. We have a gated drive and if the gate was locked they would just leave. Never, not once did they call me and report the issue. They had a key at one time. Interestingly, when I cancelled their service, they dismantled my gate to get in to get their tank. Again, no phone call. Communication would have solved all the issues, but there was none. I’m with a very responsive gas company now.

Sometime through the night, on March 11, 2025. We ran out of propane gas, The supplies are heater stove and hot water heater. Temperatures were just about freezing. I called at 830 when the Blairsville office opened and tried to get propane delivered that day. Someone in the office by the name of Jessica was supposed to keep us updated throughout the day on whether or not we would receive gas. That did not take place. I made several calls to no avail.
