We had a propane delivery in January after our tank ran out because they never serviced it. Now we have been trying to pay online and it says they have no record of our account. Can not reach anyone on any numbers we call. Either always a busy tone or disconnected immediately.
waiting over a month and still not received our propane delivery legit leaving out house with next to no ability to cook to keep warm and with the upcoming winter storm warning this is a horrible company freeman gas should have never sold out to them.
This is probably the worst propane company in the world. The country is experiencing nation wide storms, people’s tanks are burning through faster than ever. 15-21 days after an “emergency” order. Which don’t worry there is a fee for. That’s when the tank drops below 30%, the recommended time is right at that number. However when temperatures drop below 0 propane burns close to triple the rate as it would when is above freezing. In what world would the wait time in dead winter be that long. DO NOT USE. Horrible customer service. Forgot our scheduled delivery (but were magically able to charge us). They cannot keep an appointment time, and no one in the office has a clue what the status may be. It is 5:30 and still waiting for our 12-2 service appointment. The office said they "usually finish out their appointments for the day" and now no one can be found. Avoid, avoid, avoid. We are former Freeman customers and can't wait for Spring to switch providers.
I would give a negative star if it was possible. I put in a work order on December 19th via "Contact Us" on the website because I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone (I was on hold for over an hour). I received an email response on December 20th saying a work order has been "put in." On December 26th I replied to the email asking when someone was coming out. No response. No phone call.
