I contacted Freeman gas and spoke with a sales associate for Superior gas which is the parent company. They were very friendly and gave me a good price. I had them do a credit check so I can open an account and start the process of replacing my current tank and having a new account with him. After a week, no one had contacted me from the local office to come out to do a site evaluation. We’ve been waiting over a month for a service call and haven’t been able to get anyone to pick up the phone. Some of the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced. We will be switching providers and would discourage anyone from choosing freedom gas to avoid the problems we’ve experienced.

Pumps barely work, new card readers don't function correctly and refuse to read certain cards. Just put 22ga of 89 in my truck because it's the only one that would activate when I hit the button on the pump. Just go somewhere else
