The NO SHOW/NO CALL Experts...they didn't show up for estimate when they said. Didn't show up for the fence when they said. Spoke with owner (Roger Freeman) who PROMISED he'd get it done in a week and again...NO CALL, NO SHOW. If you want frustration, call Freeman Fence. Plenty of local companies who honor what they promise, not Freeman Fence!

The installation was good, except they forgot cement in one post hole. We had them box around our trees but the fence was close to our neighbors fence. As the tree grew, it pushed on the fend and one section of the fence fell apart. They did come out & put two screws in. It held for 2 years, Now our neighbors tree is pushing on the fence. We now have bricks & plastic wire ties holding the fence together. We called Freeman June 1, 2017 and suggested boxing the tree so the fence was away from the tree. They built us a beautiful high quality fence that always gets commented upon by guests. The gate, which spans the driveway, fell about 1/4 inch over the winter and they came right out and fixed it.
They didn't call back when they said they would come out to adjust the handle on the gate. I called several times. The black coating on our chain link fence is rubbing off on the gate. Not good customer service skills. Disappointed to say the least.
