We are extremely happy with our new windows from Freeman Exteriors. The entire process, from the initial consultation to the final installation, was seamless. The crew was professional and tidy, and the windows look absolutely fantastic. We’ve already noticed a difference in noise reduction and energy efficiency. Highly recommend!
I wasn't going to write a review as I knew it would not overall be favorable for Freeman's. However, the crew boss requested I do so and he and his crew deserve credit for what they did. We called Dave today after discovering a raccoon invasion in our 3rd story. He immediately worked to get us same day service to address our emergency!! Thankfully he was able to send 2 terrific guys out to make necessary repairs! This is the second time we’ve used Freeman- EXCELLENT customer service and EXCELLENT quality work! Thanks again So Much Dave and also to the crew you sent! They were VERY professional and VERY thorough!! Rare these days!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
