I'm actually amazed at the lack of communication. They use some sort of call center, but no one answered the phone. The website offered online instant messaging, but they just answered only one of my messages and I didn't hear from them for 15 minutes. Person at the front desk told us it would be $30 for the visit TOTAL. A few months later I get a bill for over $400. I should have figured this would happen when the person who went before us was also complaining about their bill to the front desk. When someone tells you this is your final price 100% you expect to pay exactly that. The doctor was professional and helped with the issue.
