My interview experience there was horrible. The owner Eiva was asking me thirty seven minutes of personal questions found out it is illegal of the employer to ask personal questions and when I went back to ask her about she says and I quote, 'Oh, yeah I knew it was illegal" Anyone that applies don't save your time and go somewhere else that won't pry into your private life.
I have worked at Freeman Built LLC for quite some time now, and can honestly say I absolutely love this place. It is a great friendly enviroment with excellent managers and owners. I was never asked anything illegal in either my time here as an employee or when I was interviewed. We work hard and have a great time while at work. Eiva is by far one of the best bosses I have had. I am unaware on why anyone would feel the need to respond so harshly towards this company but I can say the previous review is completely inaccurate.
