Terrible customer service, I have been going back and forth with freeman automotive for 5 months just to try and get a tail light they had promised in their WE OWE CONTRACT. After 5 months of constant hassle I have still received nothing. Empty promise, after empty promise. This has been by far the most unprofessional car dealership I have ever bought a car from. I would never recommend this lousy joke of a dealership even on my worst enemy.
The salesmen at Freeman automotive seemed very genuine. They really made my daughter's first time buying a car go very smooth. She drove away feeling confident in the car she purchased from them. They worked hard to get her into the car she wanted with the terms she could do. Thanks again!
