Amazing team!! They exceeded the standard for service and help with my car. They completed a full engine replacement on my 2016 Volkswagen & much more. Their communication is excellent! They even got me in contact with a tow service to get my vehicle safely to their shop. Timeliness on everything was exceptional. I highly recommend Freeman Auto Service to all! I have already gone back to receive more service, and will continue to come back!! Beyond grateful for this hard working team.
I originally posted this review a few days ago but Freeman called and convinced me that he is not the kind of man I describe in my review. After some thought & few new damages discovered on my vehicle I came to the conclusion that he only called to save face & the reputation of his business. Freemans went above and beyond to try to help us. They fixed the timing chain(and quite a few other things) and helped us get a full engine replacement through the dealership. Everyone I talked to was super nice, and they took my car in the same day I called. Communication was great — they kept us updated and explained everything clearly. Made a stressful situation way easier. Definitely recommend! Will definitely be going back for anything my car needs.

Kevis was very professional and friendly. He helped me find what was wrong with my car in no time. Chris was excellent with car advice! Would recommend coming here again as they tell you what they did and their great prices.
