Amazing team!! They exceeded the standard for service and help with my car. They completed a full engine replacement on my 2016 Volkswagen & much more. Their communication is excellent! They even got me in contact with a tow service to get my vehicle safely to their shop. Timeliness on everything was exceptional. I highly recommend Freeman Auto Service to all! I have already gone back to receive more service, and will continue to come back!! Beyond grateful for this hard working team.
I originally posted this review a few days ago but Freeman called and convinced me that he is not the kind of man I describe in my review. After some thought & few new damages discovered on my vehicle I came to the conclusion that he only called to save face & the reputation of his business. Kevis and his team are amazing! They went above and beyond for me! He sacrificed his Sunday afternoon to fix my car and even called the tow truck for me so they could bring it to his shop! He communicated with me the entire day and was completely transparent throughout the entire process! Highly recommend Freeman Auto Service and will definitely be doing business with them again! I am extremely grateful for the hospitality and exceptional service!
Just had an amazing experience with Mr. Kevis and Mr. Chris! They are seriously the best people. You all NEED to check them out and put those other places out of business! I was having issues with my car's air conditioning, and they fixed it right up—now I'm feeling nice and cool! 🌬️💖 Truly a blessing to so many. I’ll definitely be back for more! 🌹😊
Being here from out of town and stressed that I was having car issues upon arrival, Chris was very helpful he was very professional and came to help me understand what the issue maybe. The mechanics are extremely professional very upfront about whatever issues are happening and had a quick turnaround. I am highly grateful to their services, their professionalism and their honesty.
