Amazing team!! They exceeded the standard for service and help with my car. They completed a full engine replacement on my 2016 Volkswagen & much more. Their communication is excellent! They even got me in contact with a tow service to get my vehicle safely to their shop. Timeliness on everything was exceptional. I highly recommend Freeman Auto Service to all! I have already gone back to receive more service, and will continue to come back!! Beyond grateful for this hard working team.
I originally posted this review a few days ago but Freeman called and convinced me that he is not the kind of man I describe in my review. After some thought & few new damages discovered on my vehicle I came to the conclusion that he only called to save face & the reputation of his business. The service was impeccable from start to finish. Very professional would not release my daughter's car until it was right. What really blew our mind was that he called the next day then a week later to check on the car. He is now my family's mechanic. I will be sending everyone his way.
I am so proud to write this review. He did everything he said he would do. My air is blowing. Finally an honest mechanic. With an awesome staff. Thank y'all!!!
They are very helpful and gave me a good price on an appointment extremely difficult job . My wiring was horrible in my car . I can't even begin to say how horrible it was and they sorted it all out !! They are friendly and easy to talk to and they explain things very well. They aren't trying to get over in anyone! Id definitely recommend them !
