This man totally undervalued our beautiful new home in one of the hottest real estate markets in the country in a very desirable neighborhood. It is a loaded model home in perfect shape and there were no derogatory marks on the appraisal. He cost us so much money! We had another appraisal done and it was $130,000 above his. He needs to stay closed because he obviously doesn’t know what he’s doing and it affects peoples’ lives.
