This management company has been a DREAM to work with! They respond very very quickly to any maintenance requests or issues, address everything promptly, and explain everything very well. Xavier in particular has been lovely and the entire team is too. Very glad they are my landlord!
So far, my experience renting with this company has been awful. We have had one thing after the other happen and their response times are less than favorable. When we moved in there were several appliances not working. The fireplace wouldn't turn on. The garbage disposal wasn't working. My husband had to buy a tool to get it in working condition. The freezer wasn't working up to par, temp wasn't holding and the ice maker didn't work. They said someone was coming to fix it, the person never showed. They said they got the date... read more
Great while renting once vacating the property they kept $2600.00 deposit with crazy excuses for the money such as batteries and furnace filters and light bulbs which the tenant is supposedly responsible for. Would not recommend if you are a good tenant and expect honesty will getting your deposit back.
