The repair persons were thorough, neat and professional in providing the necessary service.
On time, work done quickly.
I am very pleased with the service received. I would definitely use Freeline again, as well as, recommend them to family and friends.
We had a backup in the kitchen over the weekend. Once we called they gave us a window 3 hr window and notified us when they were in route. The backup was resolved and the area left clean before they left.
Staff was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Came in on time. Explained everything and did exactly what they said they would do. Also very repectful. Job well done.
