Very friendly and polite. Most important, when I got a shot for pain control, I never felt the needle. They were very aware of my physical reactions to what they were doing and where very responsive to any reaction no matter how slight it may have been.
All the people at Freeland Family Dental are so nice & really care about your teeth & the atmosphere is very nice and calming. I always look forward to my visit!
Love my visits to Family Dental in Freeland. The staff is totally like extended family. Warm and inviting and very sensitive to my needs. Every visit is in the time frame perfectly. All very professional staff and cleanest office ever. Wish I could go weekly for my dental hygiene appt. Love my hygienist Valerie. She is AWESOME!
I've always had a great time at this Dentistry office. Customer service at it's best. The staff is helpful and listens to your needs. Dentists listens to you and make the least amount of pain. The Dental Hygienists are great as well.

Ashley provided my dental care services today, X-rays and cleaning. She explained the new X-ray equipment and procedures clearly. As they were taken she answered my questions as the digital images appeared on the screen. A much improved process from the old cardboard-edged film days! This was the second time Ashley has cleaned my teeth. She is very skilled and efficiently used the ultrasonic water pick and traditional tools to remove the plaque.
